Job Description:

Your main duties will include:

Operating presses for cutting, molding, and foaming car parts.
Ongoing quality control of the manufactured parts.
Handling devices assisting in the production process.

Requirements:

Willingness to continuously learn new production processes.
Organizational skills and conscientiousness.
Motivation to work.
Willingness to work in shifts.

What do we offer?

Employment contract.
Stable employment.
Salary: from 24.50 PLN gross per hour.
Monthly bonus: up to 500 PLN gross.
Attendance bonus: up to 300 PLN gross.
Employee referral program.
Shift work allowance: +25%.
Meal subsidies.

Coordinator support.
Three-shift work system: 6-14, 14-22, 22-6.
