Production Worker - Upholsterer

Job Description: ETG Sp. z o.o., acting as a temporary employment agency on behalf of its client in the automotive industry, is seeking candidates for the position of Production Worker - Upholsterer. The main duties in this position will include upholstering simple components using an automatic stapler. The work is light and suitable for both experienced individuals and those looking to acquire new skills. The work is performed either standing or sitting.

Responsibilities:

Upholstering simple components using a stapler
Placing finished products in the designated area
Replacing staples in the stapler

Requirements:

Male, aged 25-50
Secondary education
Upholstery experience of more than 2 years
Basic knowledge of English

Contract Type: Employment contract
Working Hours: Full-time
Work Schedule: Two-shift system (6:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00), occasional weekend work
Salary: 4500 PLN - 6500 PLN gross, depending on performance (piecework)
Bonuses: No bonuses
Overtime: No overtime
Additional Benefits: Reimbursement for work clothing, safety training
