Frontend Infra Team Lead (React/Angular/Vue)

Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple product managers, designers, and several product teams on frontend infrastructure, CI/CD, and cross-product design system (in the future also node based backend for frontend infrastructure)
• Technical design & architecture
• Implementation with attention to code quality, test coverage & code reviews
• Team’s project management - Provide progress reports to sync stakeholders across the company
• Leading and Building a local and remote team of experienced developers
• Responsible for people’s professional and personal growth & well-being
• Take an active part in the implementation (hands-on) of the various features

Salary

B2B: 28000 PLN - 36000 PLN NET
CoE: 22000 PLN - 30000 PLN Gross

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in application design and development.
• 2-3 years of experience in leading teams
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience of web technologies, architecture, and infrastructure - specifically frontend & design system
• Hands-on experience with Frontend technologies (JS, TS, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React/Angular/Vue)
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience of CI and CD
• Ability to carry requirements from the early phase to full implementation
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple projects
• Advantage: hands-on experience with Lerna, Webpack, NX, Design system
