Challenges
- Contributing to the overall product strategy and direction with the VP of product & founding members of the company
- Defining the visual language & brand identity for the product (mobile app & desktop app)
- Collaborating on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Create, test, & validate variants of different screens
- Utilizing and developing our design system
- Being the mediator of customer needs, business goals, and tech efficiency
Salary
B2B: 16000 PLN - 25000 PLN NET
CoE: 13300 PLN - 20800 PLN Gross

Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a UX/UI designer (solid background in mobile apps)
- Strong eye for visual design, balance, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Deep understanding of UI components and patterns
- Ability to understand customer needs beyond the obvious
- Familiarity with research methodologies and experience turning customer feedback into actionable findings
- A desire to take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed member of the product team
- Understanding the technical implications of your design decisions
- Strong love of the craft and a desire to deliver high-quality, sophisticated UI
- English min. B2
Nice to have:
- Experience or background in graphic design
- Experience with HTML, CSS, or other programming languages
- Knowledge of product management methodologies
